Started well, but Nicola did not return the drone on time and did not communicate the need to extend. The drone was eventually returned over 24 hours late as he "had a request for an additional job". The extra day's rental had to be recovered through fat llama as Nicola did not respond.

Great to deal with, good communication, treated the equipment with the utmost respect and very punctual. 

Nicola was a great lender, very good with communication and easy to deal with. 

Prompt responses and very flexible with pick-up arrangements.
