HAGUE SM3 CAR SUCTION MOUNT 

The Hague SM3 Pro Suction Mount for cars has 3 suction pads which can be attached to any horizontal or vertical, non-porous flat surface. There are 3 adjustable brackets on the suction pads and 3 on the triangle plate, with a selection of connecting poles of different lengths so the mount can be used in a variety of positions.

The triangle plate has a 100mm bowl with a quick release slide plate mounted on a claw ball leveller, making it quick and simple to set the camera to the required position. They were very bad at communicating. They got the wrong day for my pickup so I had to wait 45 mins until the receptionist called their personal number as they weren’t messaging me or picking up my calls. The receptionists ended up being my point of contact. Won’t be hiring from them again. 

The address on the website did not mention that it was inside a community centre which made it difficult to locate.  I tried dropping off my rental at 8:30 in the morning, but they were not there to receive the item even though it says they operate from 8 am, and they didn't pick up my phone calls so I had to leave it with someone else in the community centre.  Also, the rental provided 4xAA batteries, but they were all flat when I received them. The staff that I met were friendly and the kit worked great, but overall communication, and description of opening hours could be improved.

The item was in perfect condition and the communication and service were outstanding.

Let me start by saying these guys are fabulous, they really are they waited for me when others wouldn't, they gave me leeway on the return because they knew I was pushed.
They have an extensive list of kit so I personally will be using them again.
